Incorporation and Non-Profit Status
On February 5, 2009 Musana Children's Home was officially incorporated as a Colorado Charitable and Non-Profit Organization. As of December 2009, Musana is officially a 501(c)(3) organization. Thanks to all of you that have supported us in this process. From this point forward all donations made to Musana directly will be tax deductible under IRS regulations. The approval is retroactive for all donations made to Musana from Feb. 5th 2009.
